The service was outstanding! They were right on time, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Any questions or concerns I may have had just about carpet cleaning in general, before, during, or after the cleaning, were all answered or put to rest. I was very satisfied with the service, as well as the personnel. If additional attention was needed to troublesome pet areas, no questions asked, they got the job done.
