Pre-Inspection And Pick Up - I will examine the condition of your rug, looking for signs of fading, discoloration, stains, wear, pre-existing damage, color instability and odors. I will assess the cleanability of each rug and let you know what you can expect.
Dusting – Your rug is then dusted thoroughly from both sides with our special rug duster. This step is very important because it’s easier to remove the majority of the soil while the rug is dry. The Eureka company found that a 9 x 12 rug could hide 87 pounds of dirt!
Pre-Spotting – Spots, spills and stains are pre-treated using the most advanced spotting techniques.
Shampoo – Your rug is thoroughly cleaned with a Oriental Rug Shampoo further releasing the rugs soils.
Rinse - Your rug is then placed in our rinse pit where all the remaining soils and shampoo is rinsed with purified water.
Drying – Your rug is then hung to dry in a controlled drying environment with the aid of high powered drying fans.
Finishing – Your rug is gently groomed to set the pile.
Final Inspection. We will conduct a meticulous inspection of your rug. If needed, we will repeat any of the above steps until your rug is as clean and beautiful looking as is technologically possible. We make no compromises on the final result.
Delivery - Your rug will be wrapped in brown craft paper and delivered and placed back down for you.
