Upholstery Cleaning

Pre-Inspection - I will do a test for bleeding and fiber identification. The fiber content will determine what type of cleaning solutions and techniques will be used. I will also bring to your attention any stains that may be permanent.

Set Up – I will prepare the cleaning area and place down moving blankets to protect any surrounding areas.

Pre-Treatment - Your furniture will have a special solution applied to help loosen soils and body oils allowing them to be rinsed away.

Pre-Spotting – Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Aggitation of the Fabric – The fabric will then be gently groomed using a soft horse hair brush to help further loosen the soils.

Extraction and Rinse - The fabric is then rinsed under high heat with our hand detailing tool, extracting the soil away.

Post Spotting – Any remaining spots after extraction will be treated at this time.

Grooming - Depending on the fabric, the piece will be groomed to set the pile and promote faster drying.

Speed Dry - High powered air movers will be placed to get your furniture dry.

For a small fee we can apply a solvent based protector to extend the life of your furniture!
